I can provide all types of fitness services according to your wants, needs and goals.

I come to you—indoors or outdoors—and can bring all the needed accessories!

One on one training, small group training, small or large group fitness classes…the options are endless.

Examples of what I can provide:

  • One on one Personal Training session in your own living room before your work day, during your toddler’s naptime or on your telework lunch break

  • Small Group Personal Training with your partner and kid at the beach on a Saturday afternoon

  • Large Group Fitness classes for professional workplaces, conferences or workshops

  • Personalized Small Group Fitness classes with a few of your besties on a Friday night in a public park
