I come to you—indoors or outdoors—and can bring all the needed accessories!
One on one training, small group training, small or large group fitness classes…the options are endless.
Examples of what I can provide:
One on one Personal Training session in your own living room before your work day, during your toddler’s naptime or on your telework lunch break
Small Group Personal Training with your partner and kid at the beach on a Saturday afternoon
Large Group Fitness classes for professional workplaces, conferences or workshops
Personalized Small Group Fitness classes with a few of your besties on a Friday night in a public park
